With over ten years experience in lingerie fitting, sales, merchandising, and specialty prosthetics, owner Dawn Kaleta ranked sixth nationwide out of 1500+ employees at a major retail department store. Dawn’s skills include measuring and sizing customers and selecting lingerie that accommodates each person’s body shape and structure. She effectively and caringly addresses the special needs of prosthetic customers and has recently won the designation as a Certified Fitter by the American Board of Certification for Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics. Dawn also uses knowledge acquired at many vendor seminars and workshops to purchase and market only the best in quality lingerie – items found only in a few select department and specialty stores.
The The quality merchandise and personalized service provided by Elegance Underneath provides a competitive edge. As a specialty store we service the needs of our prosthetic clients by offering free bra pocketing and providing information to local doctors’ offices and mammography centers, and participate in local “Y-Me” events.
